1. BUY $20 or more (pre-tax / post discount) of any participating Quaker® Chewy Granola bars, Life® cereal, Cap’n Crunch® cereal, Quaker® Instant Oatmeal, Quaker® Rice Crisps and Cakes, cereal Munchies® Sandwich Crackers, Frito-Lay® Variety Packs, Simply Smartfood®, Rice-A-Roni®, Pasta Roni® and Mac-A-Roni® product(s) (“Participating Products”) – see www.BackToSchoolBonus.com or below for full list of Participating Products) from 6/29/26 – 9/19/26 (“Offer Period”) in a single transaction (“Qualifying Purchase”). In-store purchases / physical receipts and online purchases / online receipts are valid in this Promotion.
2. TAKE A PICTURE of your receipt with the Qualifying Purchase and go online to www.BackToSchoolBonus.com (“Website”) to register and upload your receipt. Message and data rates may apply. Participants should consult their wireless service provider’s pricing plan for details. Receipt must be submitted by 9/30/26. Only a Qualifying Purchase of Participating Product(s) is valid for this Promotion. Photo must include the entire original receipt from top to bottom, including all four (4) corners. For longer receipt, scan or take picture in sections; you can upload up to five (5) images in one (1) submission. Be sure that the store name, date, bar code (if available), items and prices are legible in your image(s). Blurry and/or unreadable receipt images will be rejected. 3. GET $10 Reward for a $20 Qualifying Purchase to be awarded in the form of one (1) bank-issued pre-loaded digital gift card or via Venmo for a Qualifying Purchase (collectively, the “Reward”). Terms and conditions of third-party entities supplying Rewards apply. Digital gift cards are subject to the terms and conditions imposed by the issuers and associated with their use. Participant will select their preferred Reward during the receipt submission process, or in certain instances, receive a follow-up email with instructions to select or claim their Reward after verification. Upon submission of a receipt, participants will receive an online message indicating if their submission was successful. Once a submission is successfully received, it will be verified; please allow up to 72-hours for verification. Upon verification, qualifying participants will receive an email to the email address they have provided with a link to redeem their Reward. Reward redemption and fulfillment instructions will be provided in the email and may vary depending on the Reward type selected and availability. Reward will be provided to qualifying participants in the form of a bank-issued pre-loaded digital or physical gift card, a retailer digital or physical gift card (select retailers only – digital retailer gift card subject to availability), or via Venmo, based on their Reward selection and availability. Bank-issued pre-loaded digital gift card or retailer digital gift card Reward will be emailed to the email address provided by the qualifying participant during the registration process. Physical gift cards will be mailed to qualifying participants using their mailing address provided during the submission process. For participants that choose to receive their Reward via Venmo, the email address entered at registration must be the same as the email address associated with their Venmo account in order to receive the Reward. If a participant does not have a Venmo account, they will need to create one prior to claiming their Reward. In order create a Venmo account, a participant will need a valid cell number in order to receive a text message notification prompting them to create and verify a Venmo account in order to claim the Reward. Once claimed, the Reward will be credited to the participant’s Venmo account. To be eligible to receive a Reward via Venmo, participants must be physically located in the United States, have a U.S.-based mobile phone number capable of receiving SMS/text messages, be at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their state of residence, and have a compatible mobile device with a current version of the Venmo mobile application. Standard mobile carrier data and message fees may apply. Once a Venmo payment has been sent, it cannot be canceled, reversed, recalled, or reissued. Sponsor is not responsible for payments sent to an incorrect, ineligible, or non-Venmo-enabled mobile phone number or email address not associated with participant’s Venmo account. Participants are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their Venmo information at the time of submission. Venmo is a third-party service not affiliated with Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for any issues related to Venmo account setup, service availability, app compatibility, or the participant’s ability to access or use Venmo. Upon submission approval, participants will not be allowed to change their email address, cell number and/or choice of Reward after submission. Promotion Entities are not responsible for any undelivered emails, including, without limitation, emails that are not received because of a participant’s privacy or spam filter settings, which may divert any Offer e-mails to a spam or junk folder. Please allow 72-hours for delivery of Reward. Participants must claim their Reward by 10/15/26. Sponsor is not responsible should a participant submit the wrong Venmo information or an incorrect email address. Sponsor reserves the right to verify participant eligibility and compliance with these Terms & Conditions prior to issuing any Reward. Limit one (1) Reward per household/email address for the Promotion.

Promotion open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (19+ in AL & NE, 21+ in MS) as of time/date of Qualifying Purchase. Employees, directors, officers, and agents of Sponsor, its parent company, divisions, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies involved in the Promotion (collectively, “Promotion Entities”), as well as the members of each of their immediate families (i.e., spouse, parent, grandparent, sibling, child, and their respective spouses and the “steps” of each, regardless of where they reside) and persons residing in the same household as such individuals (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate. By uploading the initial submission, the participant grants permission to the Sponsor or its designee to notify them via a return email message and must agree to accept all applicable charges, if applicable, associated therewith. It is strongly recommended that participant maintain possession of the original receipt or photocopy/photocopies of the receipt. If a participate uploads the initial submission from their wireless device, the participant grants permission to the Sponsor to notify them via a return email message and must agree to accept all applicable charges associated therewith. Participants should consult their wireless service provider’s pricing plan for details. You are responsible for all applicable fees and taxes associated with placing an email submission from a wireless device; including subsequent submissions after the initial submission. Submission from a wireless device at the Website is designed to work with most of the U.S. major wireless carriers in the United States, but Sponsor makes no guarantee that any particular wireless service provider will participate, and the wireless device that is used must be capable of wireless internet access (for Website submission). Check with your carrier for details. Participants should check their phone’s features to see if they have that capability. Wireless service providers may charge entrants for submission from a wireless, including any error message that is sent and received in connection with the promotion, based on the applicable wireless service pricing plan. Participants should consult their wireless service provider’s pricing plan for details. Sponsor in its sole discretion may add or delete a wireless carrier at any time, without notice. Proof of submission from a wireless device is not considered proof of delivery to or receipt by Sponsor or its designee of submission materials.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, misdirected, technically corrupted or garbled submissions, which will be disqualified, or for problems of any kind, whether mechanical, human or electronic. Sponsor shall not be responsible for incorrect or inaccurate submission information whether caused by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the promotion or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of the submission in the promotion. Sponsor assumes no responsibility or liability for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of submissions. By participating in this Promotion, participant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, representatives, agents, promotion agencies and advertising agencies (including any third parties who assist in the administration of this promotion) and the respective directors, officers and employees of each from any and all liability from claims, injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including without limitation, death and bodily injury, resulting, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the awarding, delivery, acceptance, use, misuse, possession, loss or misdirection of any reward, participation in this promotion or any promotion-related activities. If, for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, or the integrity and or feasibility of the Promotion is severely undermined by any event beyond the control of Sponsor, including but not limited to fire, flood, epidemic, earthquake, explosion, pandemic, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, war (declared or undeclared), terrorist threat or activity, or any federal, state or local government law, order, or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, infection by computer virus, unauthorized intervention, technical failures or other cause not reasonably within the control of Sponsor (each a “Force Majeure” event or occurrence), Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to abbreviate, cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and/or proceed with the Promotion in a manner it deems fair and reasonable. In the event of cancellation, Sponsor will honor requests received up to the time of such cancellation, while supplies last. Proof of submission is not considered proof of delivery to or receipt by Sponsor or its designee of submission materials. This Promotion is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Receiving a Reward is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. Promotion valid for individual consumers only; requests from groups, clubs or organizations and fraudulent requests will not be honored. Any attempted form of participation in this Promotion other than as described herein is void and will result in disqualification. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found, in its sole and absolute opinion, to be tampering with the operation of the Promotion, to be acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions or to be acting with the intent to disrupt the normal operation of the Promotion. Any use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed, third-party or like methods to participate in the Promotion will void any attempted participation effected by such methods and the disqualification of the individual utilizing the same. All registrations and/or materials submitted become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. In the event of any conflict with any Promotion details contained in these Terms and Conditions and Promotion details contained in Promotion materials (including, but not limited to, point of sale, television, and print advertising, promotional packaging, and other promotion media), the details of the Promotion as set forth in these Terms and Conditions shall prevail. These Terms and Conditions may be modified by Sponsor and/or it may cease offering the Offer at any time. YOU AGREE THAT SPONSOR OR ITS DESIGNEE MAY NOTIFY YOU OF OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS BY POSTING THEM ON THE WEBSITE (OR IN ANY OTHER REASONABLE MANNER OF NOTICE, AT ITS DISCRETION), AND THAT YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION AFTER SUCH NOTICE CONSTITUTES YOUR AGREEMENT TO THE NEW TERMS AND CONDITIONS. Each participant may be required to show proof of eligibility and compliance with these Terms and Conditions. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions or any word, phrase, clause, sentence or other portion thereof should be held unenforceable or invalid for any reason, then that provision or portion thereof shall be modified or deleted in such manner as to render the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions valid and enforceable. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Terms and Conditions will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision and such provision shall remain in full force and effect. All materials submitted will not be returned.
